The Cooperative Centre of Rescue and Emergency Services in the Port Area (CCREP) is an one-of-a-kind model of Rescue and Emergency Services in Latin America, created by the Cooperativa de Trabajos Portuarios Limitada de Puerto General San Martín, Provincia de Santa Fe.

The Cooperative Centre of Rescue and Emergency Services in the Port Area (CCREP) is an one-of-a-kind model of Rescue and Emergency Services in Latin America, created by the Cooperativa de Trabajos Portuarios Limitada de Puerto General San Martín, Provincia de Santa Fe.

Located in the biggest oil exporting pole worldwide, this centre combines rescue logistics and the most efficient means of transport by air, water and land.

It operates 365 days a year with a team of doctors, nurses, pilots, vessels’ captains and sailors, ambulance drivers, lifeguards and coordinators permanently on duty that will make the dockworkers feel proud. Based on a monitoring centre equipped with the latest technological advances, the coordinating team will decide about the most suitable assistance protocol through the three means of transport available. The integrated system certified by ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004 and OSHAS 18001:2007 guarantees quality at the service, safety and environmental levels.
Two helicopters, two ambulance boats, three ground ambulances and one water scooter provide a unique comprehensive assistance.
